Medical, dental and vision benefits
Comprehensive coverage through Priority Health.

Disability coverage

Short term: 70% to a maximum of $1,000 per week.
Long term: 60% to a maximum of $10,000 per month.

Life and accidental death & dismemberment coverage

Equal to your annual salary.

Retirement plan and performance sharing

Priority Health offers a 401(k) plan. We make a matching contribution of up to 5% of your base salary each year.

Based on our company's performance, we may contribute up to an additional 5% of your base salary to your 401(k) plan each year.

You will be vested in the Priority Health contributions to your 401(k) plan according to this schedule:
    1 year:      25%
    2 years:    50%
    3 years:    75%
    4 years:  100%

Educational assistance
Educational expenses, including tuition, book fees, laboratory expenses, etc., are paid at 100% per year up to a maximum of $2,000 for undergraduate studies and $2,500 for graduate work for full-time employees.

Priority Health also offers an extensive list of on-site courses through our Corporate Training Department.

Earned time off (ETO)
ETO is a flexible paid-time-off program intended to provide time off for vacations, personal days and sick days. The annual maximums for full-time employees are:
  • Fewer than 5 years: 20 days
  • 5-12 years: 25 days
  • 12+ years: 30 days

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • July 4th
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day
