As a Priority Health Medicare member, your flu shot is always $0 when you get it from an in-network provider or pharmacy. Plus, when you get your flu shot before Dec. 31, 2025, you can claim a $10 gift card of your choice.*

How it works

  1. Find a location.
  2. Get your flu shot before 12/31/2025.
  3. To claim your gift card, log in to your member portal to access the Wellbeing Hub and report your flu shot before Jan 31, 2025. Your Priority Health online member account gives you direct access to the Wellbeing Hub. Log in, select the Wellness, tab at the top, then select Wellbeing Hub in the drop-down menu to access. See the FAQ section for more information on accessing the reward.
  4. You can also report and redeem rewards offline by calling the dedicated Priority Health Medicare support line, operated by Personify Health at 844.980.2290 (TTY 711) from Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET

It's easy to get your flu shot at your primary care provider's office or at one of our preferred pharmacies. Some offer walk-in flu shot clinics, and some even let you schedule your appointment online. Don't forget to bring your member ID with you when you go. Preferred pharmacy locations:

  • After you've gotten your flu shot, log in to your Wellbeing Hub account to report your flu shot and claim your gift card before Jan. 31, 2025.
  • Your Priority Health online member account gives you direct access. Log in, go to Wellness, then click Wellbeing Hub to access.

  • Just log in to your Wellbeing Hub account to report your flu shot and claim your gift card before Jan. 31, 2025.
  • Your Priority Health online member account gives you direct access. Log in, select the Wellness, tab at the top, then select Wellbeing Hub in the drop-down menu to access. If this is your first time accessing the Wellbeing Hub powered by Personify Health, you will need to accept the Terms and Conditions.

Priority Health has HMO-POS and PPO plans with a Medicare contract. Enrollment in Priority Health Medicare depends on contract renewal.
