Adding dental and vision coverage to your plan is simple.

Coverage is available through our partners Delta Dental and EyeMed.

MyPriority® medical plan members (except those with MyPriority Short-term) can add MyPriority Delta Dental and MyPriority EyeMed as additional benefits when they enroll or at their annual renewal.

MyPriority Delta Dental

  • Choice of two options:
    • MyPriority Delta Dental Standard or
    • MyPriority Delta Dental Enhanced (includes ortho)
  • Preventive covered at 100% with no waiting period
  • Major dental services included
  • Access to Delta Dental PPO and Delta Dental Premier® networks

MyPriority EyeMed

  • Choice of two options:
    • MyPriority EyeMed Medium or
    • MyPriority EyeMed High
  • Examinations, lenses or contact lenses and frames are allowed once every 12 months
  • Discounts on lens options, laser vision correction, additional pairs benefits, and more

Things to note:

  • You can add just dental coverage, just vision coverage or both
  • You can choose dental and/or vision for any member of your family, but your selected plan will stay the same for everyone
  • Mid-year removal of dental or vision coverage is not allowed
