2025 drug coverage
The drug list tells you what Part D prescription drugs are covered by your plan in 2025. It also lets you know if there are any rules that restrict coverage for a drug. For the most current list of which drugs are covered, use our online Approved Drug List.
2025 provider and pharmacy networks
The Priority Health Medicare provider and pharmacy directory provides a list of Priority Heath Medicare's network providers broken out into five regions of the state. Some network providers may have been added or removed from our network after these directories were created.
To get the most up-to-date information about Priority Health Medicare network providers use our online Find a Doctor tool, or call Customer Service.
