Over-the-counter health purchases can really add up over time and we know how important fresh and healthy food is important for a healthy you.

Members on plans with the OTC Plus benefit can use their allowances to purchase over-the-counter (OTC) items, and if eligible, healthy food and produce. Eligibility is based on your chronic condition (such as if you have diabetes, cardiovascular disorders, and more) and the level of your need (for example, if you're at high risk of hospitalization and need intensive care coordination).

You’ll receive a Priority Health Medicare OTC Plus card loaded with an allowance you can use on things like aspirin, cold medicine, compression socks and more, if eligible, you can also use this plan on healthy food and produce.

  • Your OTC Plus card will come in the mail and will be automatically reloaded.
  • There are four ways you can use your OTC Plus card to buy health items:
    • Order Online. View and purchase products online anytime at PriorityHealth.com/OTC.
    • Shop in-store. Shop for OTC items and if eligible, healthy food and produce at Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar General or Family Dollar and other participating store locations near you.
