The ThriveFlex benefit includes your over-the-counter (OTC) and wellness benefit. These allowances are kept separate and will have their own dollar allowance.
Your OTC benefit gives you a quarterly allowance to spend on health and wellness products like aspirin, cold medicine, bathroom safety devices and modifications, as allowed by Medicare.
Your wellness benefit gives you a one-time annual allowance to use toward fitness facilities, fitness equipment and nutrition support services.
You’ll receive your ThriveFlex card in the mail that will be pre-loaded with funds and ready to use on the day your plan begins.
OTC allowance amounts vary by plan. Please note, unused OTC allowance does not roll over. Quarterly allowances expire on March 31, June 30, Sept. 30 and Dec. 31. | |||

Using your OTC allowance
Get started with your online member account at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC.
In your online member account, you'll be able to check your available balance, shop online, find participating stores, search eligible products, view your transaction history and more. The video below will show you how to set up and navigate your member account.
There are three ways you can shop for OTC items with your ThriveFlex benefit:
- Order online: View and purchase products online anytime at priorityhealth.com/shopOTC or through the OTC mobile app.
- Shop in-store: Shop at Costco (PIN required at checkout), Meijer, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart and other participating store locations near you. You can search for retailers near you at any time by going to priorityhealth.com/shopOTC and using the "Find a Store" tool.
- Call for delivery: Call 833.415.4380 (TTY 711) Sunday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. EST to place an order after reviewing the items in your OTC catalog. Have your selected product names, OTC card number, and shipping information available.

- To use your wellness allowance toward fitness facilities, simply go into a location and use your card as you would any other Mastercard.
Eligible fitness equipment includes items such as: dumbbells, peddlers, resistance bands, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, yoga mats, jump ropes, exercise balls, and foam rollers.
These items can be purchased at the participating retailers near you. To see a full list of participating retailers, visit priorityhealth.com/shopOTC or download the Priority Health OTC mobile app and use the "Find A Store" tool. - To use your wellness allowance toward nutrition support, you can use your ThriveFlex card to purchase memberships at Calm, Headspace, myFitness Pal, Noom and Weight Watchers to help you maintain and improve your overall well-being. You can pay for these memberships with your ThriveFlex card the same way you would with any other Mastercard.
- Memberships at shooting ranges and archery.
- Sporting good merchandise
- Athletic clothing and shoes
- Fitness equipment rentals
This allowance will be reloaded at the end of each quarter. Be sure to use your OTC allowance each quarter, your unused funds do not roll over.
In the event that you had to pay out-of-pocket to purchase an OTC or wellness item, reimbursement is available to you. Log in to your priority health account at PriorityHealth.com/shopOTC or through the Priority Health OTC app and complete the reimbursement form found under Make A Reimbursement.
To be eligible for reimbursement, the item purchased must be an eligible OTC item obtained from a participating retailer and you must have available OTC funds. All reimbursements must be submitted within 90 days of purchase date and include a picture of the receipt.

Using your wellness allowance
Wellness allowance amounts vary by plan. Your wellness allowance is a one-time yearly allowance. Any unused funds will expire on December 31, 2025 and will not rollover to the next plan year. | |||
