A card designed to prioritize your overall wellness.

Available on the 2025 PriorityMedicare^SM Thrive and PriorityMedicare^SM Thrive Plus plans, this card has both a quarterly over-the-counter allowance and an annual allowance to use towards fitness facilities, equipment and nutrition support services.

One card, two ways to spend.

Over-the-counter allowance

PriorityMedicare Thrive - $60 per quarter
PriorityMedicare Thrive Plus - $50 per quarter

Shop in store or online for thousands of over-the counter (OTC) items including home and bathroom safety devices and modifications. Wellness allowance

PriorityMedicare Thrive - $185 per year
PriorityMedicare Thrive Plus - $285 per year

The wellness allowance can be used to purchase classes or memberships at various fitness locations. It can also be used to purchase equipment at participating retailers like Walmart and used for nutrition support on mobile apps including Noom, Weight Watchers, myFitness Pal, Headspace, Calm, and Jenny Craig.
