How do I change my address?

How you update your address with us is changes based on the plan you have.

You have insurance from your employer group

Update your address with your Human Resources department or whoever manages your health benefits. They'll send the change to us. 

You have insurance you buy yourself (Medigap, Medicare Advantage plans, MyPriority plan)

Call Customer Service at the number on the back of your membership card.
