Support available from our Team

Crisis assistance: If you are experiencing thoughts of suicide, harming self or harming others, we encourage you to call 911 or 988 (call or text) for immediate assistance.

Priority Health has a team of Behavioral Health Specialists that can assist you with finding care and help you understand your benefit and services available to you. Call us at 800.673.8043 (TTY 711) for further information and support.

Behavioral Health Customer Service Team

Our Behavioral Health Customer Service team are ready to explain your behavioral health benefits and direct you to outpatient mental health providers in your area. During your call, they will ask you some questions to help determine your needs. They may transfer you to one of our clinical staff to assist you further. Each call is free and confidential. If you would like to discuss your behavioral health benefits or get help with finding a provider, call 800.673.8043 (TTY 711).

Clinical and Crisis Intervention Team

Our Clinical and Crisis Intervention team is staffed by licensed masters-level clinicians. Whether you’re in a crisis, need emotional support, or help understanding and finding the right level of treatment, we’re here for you. This team will always screen for safety concerns and can connect you with in-network treatment facilities for an immediate evaluation, if needed. Crisis support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling 800.673.8043 (TTY 711).

Care Management

The Behavioral Health Care Management team, also staffed by licensed masters-level clinicians, provides additional telephonic support should you have complex behavioral health needs. This may involve assistance with coordinating your care, identifying solutions to barriers that may be preventing care, and providing additional education and support. You may hear from a Care Manager after a hospitalization to help reduce any barriers to seeking treatment and identify any issues early on.
