Understanding your plan
With your MyPriority HSA high-deductible health plan, you pay 100% of your health care costs out of pocket until you meet your deductible. The only exception is preventive care, which is included at no cost to you before you meet your deductible.
Start a health savings account
Your plan can be paired with a tax-free health savings account (HSA) that can be used to cover medical expenses. Any unused money in your HSA automatically rolls over from year to year.
Our banking partner, HealthEquity®, will mail you more information along with directions on how to set up your account.
Easy ways to pay your premium
Your premium is the amount you pay each month for your health care coverage. If you’ve already set up a payment method, you’re all set.
Managing your member account
Sign up or log in to your Priority Health member account to get easy access to all your important plan information. Here you can:
- Pay your premium
- Learn more about your plan
- Find and choose a doctor
- Access your plan benefits
- Find costs for procedures and prescriptions
- See important plan documents
- View or request a copy of your member ID card
Stay in network and save
A network is the list of doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and labs Priority Health works with to provide care to members. Staying in network when you receive care will ensure you pay the lowest price for the best care. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost if you receive non-emergency care outside your network.
Our Find a Doctor tool lets you search for in-network care. To use Find a Doctor:
- Log in or create a member account
- Select Find care in the top menu
- Click Find a doctor or specialist.
$0 preventive care
Take advantage of your $0 preventive care benefits. An annual physical and well child visits, as well as most vaccinations and screenings, are included in your plan at no cost to you.
Prescription coverage
Review the Approved Drug List, understand drug tiers and use our Coverage Check tool to check prescription costs.
Prior Authorization
If you’re scheduling a medical procedure or health-related service, you may be required to obtain a prior authorization.
Get care anytime, anywhere with virtual care
Virtual urgent care is a great option for nonemergency needs including allergies, rashes, sore throat or behavioral health services. It typically costs less than an emergency room visit and is convenient and easy to use.
Log in to your member account to schedule a virtual care appointment with Corewell Health Virtual Urgent Care if you’re in Michigan, or with MDLIVE if you’re outside of Michigan.
Take advantage of the additional benefits included in your plan
Chronic condition management
Your MyPriority plan gives you access to medical services, supplies and medications related to your chronic condition for just the cost of a copay or coinsurance, even before your deductible is met.
Chronic condition coverage includes:
- Diabetes–Glucose monitors, select insulin pumps and educational classes
- Asthma–Peak flow meters and inhalers
- Hypertension–Blood pressure monitor and affordable medications
- Heart disease–Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) testing
- Liver disease–International normalized ratio (INR) testing
Active&Fit Direct™
Active&Fit Direct™
For one low enrollment fee and a low additional monthly charge, Active&Fit Direct provides access to thousands of fitness centers and on-demand workout videos to help you get and stay active.
Assist America®
Assist America®
Get global emergency assistance that travels with you. Use it if you or a dependent become ill or injured more than 100 miles from home.
