Easy ways to pay your premium
Your premium is the amount you pay each month for your health care coverage. If you’ve already set up a payment method, you’re all set.
Managing your member account
Sign up or log in to your Priority Health member account to get easy access to all your important plan information. Here you can:

Stay in network and save
Your Trinity Health East Network plan is a narrow network plan that offers one of our lowest premiums while giving you access to care in one of Michigan’s best hospital systems.
Because this is a narrow network plan, you’re required to receive care in the Trinity Health East Network of doctors and hospitals and their affiliated clinics, outpatient facilities and labs. If you receive care outside of the network, you will be responsible for the full cost of care.

- Trinity Health Ann Arbor Hospital
- Trinity Health Livingston Hospital
- Trinity Health Oakland Hospital
- Trinity Health Livonia Hospital
Your network also includes
Physician organizations with admitting privileges at Trinity Health, including:
- McAuley Health Partners
- IHA OOMA
- Oakland Physicians Network Services (OPNS)
- Oakland Southfield Physicians
- Huron Valley Physician Association (HVPA) also known as Village MD
- Livingston Physician Organization (LPO)
- Olympia
- All in-network pharmacies and in-network specialists are also included in your plan with no referral needed.
Select an in-network provider
You may already have an in-network primary care provider (PCP) whom you see for your routine and preventive care needs. If you need to choose a new or different PCP, the Find a Doctor tool in your member account lets you search for a new in-network doctor based on name, specialty or location.
Remember, providers and services outside of your plan’s network will not be covered, meaning you will be responsible for 100% of the cost.

Using your plan network
$0 preventive care
Take advantage of your $0 preventive care benefits. An annual physical and well child visits, as well as most vaccinations and screenings, are included in your plan at no cost to you.
Prescription coverage
Review the Approved Drug List, understand drug tiers and use our Coverage Check tool to check prescription costs.
Prior Authorization
If you’re scheduling a medical procedure or health-related service, you may be required to obtain a prior authorization.
Chronic condition management
Your MyPriority plan gives you access to medical services, supplies and medications related to your chronic condition for just the cost of a copay or coinsurance, even before your deductible is met.
Chronic condition coverage includes:
- Diabetes–Glucose monitors, select insulin pumps and educational classes
- Asthma–Peak flow meters and inhalers
- Hypertension–Blood pressure monitor and affordable medications
- Heart disease–Low-density lipoprotein (LDL) testing
- Liver disease–International normalized ratio (INR) testing

Virtual urgent care is a great option for nonemergency needs including allergies, rashes, sore throat or behavioral health services. Your MyPriority plan come with $0* virtual urgent care through Corewell Health Virtual Urgent Care. Available 24/7/365, virtual urgent care is convenient and easy to use.

*If you are enrolled in a MyPriority HSA plan, limited virtual care through Corewell Health Virtual Urgent Care is $0 after your deductible is met.
