In Spring 2025, you may receive the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) survey through our partner, Press Ganey. It asks questions about your experience with us and healthcare providers. Survey participants are randomly chosen. If you receive one, it’s important to complete it. Expecting a baby? Connect with other moms-to-be through CenteringPregnancy®

CenteringPregnancy® is a free program for prenatal care. It brings pregnant women together into a comfortable group setting. Mothers discuss with a doctor their pregnancy concerns, infant care, breastfeeding and more. Learn more about the program below.

For Children's Special Health Care Services Members:

Children’s Special Health Care Services (CSHCS) is a program for families whose children have ongoing, special health care needs. It offers support with finding healthcare providers and navigating the healthcare system. It also provides community-based services to help you care for your child at home, among other services. Talk to your care manager to learn more. If you don’t have a care manager, you can contact our Care Management team at CSHCS@priorityhealth.com or 616.464.8221.

Keep kids healthy with regular well-child visits

It’s recommended that children have six doctor visits within the first 15 months of life.  Well-child visits are an important way to ensure your child is staying up to date on the immunization schedule and health screenings, like lead testing. Your plan includes no-cost preventive care

Preventive health care services like well-child visits, flu shots and routine physical exams are included in your Priority Health Medicaid plan at no cost to you. Know your risk to keep your kidneys healthy

Did you know diabetes and high blood pressure are the most common causes of kidney disease? Early kidney disease may not have any symptoms, so testing is the only way to find out. If you’re at risk, talk to your provider about a kidney evaluation. You can take this online quiz from the National Kidney Foundation to see if you're at risk.

Making routine dental care more accessible

Mobile dentistry makes it easier to get the care you need without having to travel long distances to a dental office. These clinics on wheels bring dental services closer to you, at places like corporate offices, nursing homes, pop-up clinics or your home. Services range from routine preventive care to emergency dental care. Struggling with asthma symptoms?

Did you know nearly 1 in 12 people in the U.S. have asthma?1 Dust, animal dander, pollen and weather changes are the most common triggers of asthma flare ups. You can prevent asthma triggers by changing your furnace/air filters regularly, using pillow and mattress protectors and dusting. Talk to your provider if you’re experiencing frequent coughing or wheezing, or any other asthma symptoms.
