Participation in the Healthy Michigan Plan and Medicaid

If you are not currently contracted with our Medicaid product (which includes the Healthy Michigan Plan, MIChild and Children's Special Healthcare Services), contact your provider performance specialist to become a participating provider. If you are participating but your practice is closed, consider opening to new members. To be reimbursed by the Medicaid program, providers must be enrolled in the Community Health Automated Medicaid Processing System (CHAMPS).
