Provider re-enrollment for the Vaccines for Children program closes on April 1
For providers participating in the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services' (MDHHS) Vaccines for Children (VFC) program, enrollment closes on Apr. 1, 2025. As a reminder, providers must re-enroll into this program each year.
What's the VFC program?
VFC is a federally funded program that provides you with vaccines, at no cost to you, for your Medicaid-eligible patients up to age 18. You can find information on enrollment, benefits, patient eligibility and more at cdc.gov.
