Interested in offering DPP at your office?

Providers offering DPP must confirm participants meet eligibility criteria outlined by the CDC and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) before they can participate in DPP or Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program (MDPP). If you are a contracted provider interested in offering DPP at your office to your patients, read more about how you can become an approved DPP provider through our certification and credentialing process.

We reimburse providers who offer the program

We reimburse approved DPP providers for each participant who completes the DPP once per lifetime. For more information on our reimbursement and compensation measures, read more about our coding and billing requirements.
