Musculoskeletal prior authorizations and retro authorizations moving from eviCore to GuidingCare starting April 5

Effective April 5, 2021, you will be directed to GuidingCare to request musculoskeletal authorizations, instead of eviCore.

In our March 2 communication, we stated retro authorizations would remain within eviCore; however, these will transition to GuidingCare along with all musculoskeletal prior authorizations.
