GuidingCare will be down the weekend of August 19 - use fax process for urgent authorization requests

To prepare for the August 22 upgrades, GuidingCare will be offline from Friday, August 19 at 7 p.m. through Monday, August 22 at 8 a.m.

During that time, use our fax process to submit urgent / emergent authorization requests typically processed through GuidingCare.
