We’re upgrading to 2021 InterQual criteria 

In June, we announced our plans to transition to 2021 InterQual^® criteria. On Oct. 15, 2021, we'll transition to 2021 InterQual for medical inpatient, post-acute, behavioral health inpatient and behavioral health outpatient services.

We plan to transition medical outpatient services later this year. Look for future communications to announce the medical outpatient 2021 InterQual criteria launch date.
