About our Behavioral Health team

We’re grateful you chose to partner with us to deliver behavioral health services to your patients, our members.

Our department is here to support you in coordinating mental health and substance use disorder services for our members. Our team of licensed Master’s Level clinicians support all Behavioral Health management including member triage, access, and care management. We support you and our members. If you identify a member with any of these indicators, contact our Behavioral Health team so that we can ensure coordination and access to care:

  • Overuse or underuse of medical services
  • Non-adherence with treatment plans and/or recommendations
  • Complex medical conditions with psychological/behavioral factors
  • Complex behavioral health conditions with medical factors
  • Inappropriate prescription drug access and use patterns
  • Continuity and coordination of care requiring integrated case management
  • Significant risk management concerns on cases with both behavioral health and medical factors
