We'll tell you what help is available, what your plan will cover, how to find counselors or behavioral health care providers. Remember:
- You don't need to call your doctor or primary care provider first
- Have your membership card ready to verify your coverage
- Calls are completely confidential

Monday - Thursday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
After hours: If your situation is a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. Otherwise, call us.
If you have an Employee Assistance Plan
For details of your employer's Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) with mental health benefits, contact your employer's human resources department. We do not have the details of EAP plans.
